How Duct Cleaning Aliso Viejo Was Born in Aliso Viejo
We started Duct Cleaning Aliso Viejo in 2016 because we saw the same thing happening in too many homes around Aliso Viejo. People were being sold air duct cleaning packages they didn’t need, at prices that mysteriously grew once the van pulled up. Some jobs got rushed. Some got skipped entirely, even though the homeowner paid in full. We knew the work could be done honestly. We knew it should be. So we built a company around a simple idea: tell the homeowner exactly what’s in their ducts, what needs to be done, and what it will cost before any work begins. One flat price per system, agreed to in writing. No surprises. No bait-and-switch. And when the work is done, we hand over before-and-after photos so you can see what we saw. That’s the whole philosophy. It’s not complicated. We just refuse to be the kind of company we’d never hire ourselves. Aliso Viejo homeowners deserve a duct cleaning crew that shows up on time, does what they said they’d do, and leaves the house cleaner than they found it. That’s why we’re here.
Our Founder’s Personal Connection to the Air Duct Cleaning Trade
Ten years in this trade teaches you things you can’t learn from a manual. You learn that the ductwork in Aliso Viejo homes gathers a particular mix of dust, pet dander, and fine particulate from the dry inland air that cycles through HVAC systems more often than people realize. You learn that the previous homeowner’s renovation left drywall dust in the returns, or that the original builder’s construction debris is still sitting in a branch line from 2005. We’ve pulled toys out of registers, found abandoned air filters wedged inside trunks, and uncovered return air paths that were never properly sealed. Every house tells a different story.
A good air duct cleaning job isn’t about running a brush through the main trunk and calling it done. It’s about opening every access point without tearing up walls. It’s about agitating the debris loose before vacuuming, not just vacuuming what’s already loose. It’s about checking the blower cabinet, the return plenum, and the registers themselves, because dust hides in all of them. We check our work twice. We walk the system with a camera before and after. We don’t cut corners on containment, because the last thing we want is dust from your ducts drifting into your living room because we rushed a seal. What keeps us in this trade after ten years isn’t the equipment or the process. It’s the moment a homeowner opens a vent and puts their hand up to the airflow and feels the difference. It’s knowing the job was actually done, not just billed.
Meet Our Team – The Person Behind Every Job
Duct Cleaning Aliso Viejo is owned and led by someone who has spent a full decade working inside the air duct cleaning trade. This isn’t a franchise manager selling a brand. It’s a technician who has run the vacuum, pulled the brush lines, crawled the attics, and looked into enough return plenums to know exactly what a thorough job requires. Every technician who works under our name is required to hold the licensing and insurance the state of California requires. But credentials only matter if the person holding them actually cares. And the person behind Duct Cleaning Aliso Viejo cares about one thing above all: that when we leave your home, the air you breathe is measurably cleaner than when we arrived. That’s a personal commitment, not a corporate slogan.
Our Promise to Aliso Viejo Homeowners
We promise honest pricing. The estimate you receive is free, and the price we quote is the price you pay. One flat rate per system, set in writing before work begins. No per-vent pricing games, no sudden add-ons, no “discovered” problems that weren’t in the original scope.
We promise real work. Before-and-after photos of your own ducts come with every job, so you can see exactly what was removed and verify the clean surfaces yourself.
We promise to stand behind every job. If something isn’t right, we come back and make it right. That’s not a guarantee with fine print. That’s how we’ve done business in Aliso Viejo since 2016.
Our Credentials
- State-licensed – we hold the licensing the state of California requires for the work we perform.
- Insured & bonded – coverage is in place before we enter your home, protecting you and your property.

Why does this matter when you’re hiring someone to work in your home? Because the person opening your walls and moving around your attic isn’t a stranger with a truck. You get the same thorough job whether we’re cleaning a small condo system near Aliso Viejo Town Center or a larger home up in the hills above Canyon View Park.
Rooted in Aliso Viejo
Aliso Viejo is a community built on quiet neighborhoods, well-kept streets, and homes where people stay. We work in the tract homes off Alicia Parkway, the neighborhoods around Aliso Viejo Town Center, and the newer builds near Wood Canyon. We know that dry South Orange County air means finer dust, and that homes near the 73 see more particulate from traffic. This isn’t just our service area. It’s our home. And we treat every duct system like it belongs to a neighbor, because it usually does.
